Designer Water Warranty Information

We love our products and services and would be very disappointed if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your Designer Water product. If you have any problem with your Designer Water purchase please read the information below to see if your issue is covered under the Designer Water warranty.

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if your Designer Water product was purchased from www.designerwater.co.za. If within 30 days of receiving your order, and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to us for a refund. Any item damaged from wear and tear, opening or using the product or items, or due to reasons not covered by the warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Products must be returned in exactly the same condition they were received in, in order to qualify for a full refund. If the products are not returned in exactly the same, 100% resell-able condition they were received a 30% restocking fee will be charged. If paid via credit card or cash deposit, the cash deposit fee will also be deducted.

1. Request a credit note number from us, by emailing sales@designerwater.co.za
2. Package products along with credit note number
3. Return the unit within 14 days to Designer Water, Unit A06, 5 Bellingham Road Highveld Centurion

Warranty Replacement and Repair Instructions

Designer Water will replace the broken product or part free of charge if the product has a manufacturing defect that is covered in our warranty below. Designer Water is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns.

1. Before returning anything to Designer Water, please contact our customer support team to confirm the return. You can email them at sales@designerwater.co.za
2. If our customer support team determines that your product qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued with a CNN (Credit Note Number)
3. Prepare a package to return to Designer Water
4. Please include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem
5. Return the unit within 14 days of receiving the CNN to Designer Water, Unit A06, 5 Bellingham Road Highveld Centurion

Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is vital that you communicate with Designer Water’s customer support team before sending in your return.
Designer Water Warranty

Designer Water products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Designer Water’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Designer Water’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Designer Water assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Designer Water be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

Special conditions LifeCam / Action Camera

Because of possible user resealing error, this product is not warrantied against water housing leakage or any resulting damage. Please ensure the unit is closed carefully when sealing the water housings!

Batteries have a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.
